How to backup all your data?

I don't see a way to export a backup file that contains everything?

Hello how old is this questions? I really liked the old forums better I don't like this at all almost enough not to keep the service :(
Hey Benjamin,
Currently we offer a number of exports in the Data Administration section under Settings in addition to the calendar export. The only thing that is really not exported right now, is the products. Which would really do you no good in any other system as they are way too complex to store in a standard spreadsheet.
I can assure you that we go to great lengths to make sure your data is backed up in multiple locations outside of just our data center.
