Hi there,
Can one use Tave to send emails to clients? It would helpful if all the emails conversations were stored in Tave directly as opposed to copying and pasting into the Email Log as I understand it.

I believe with the release of T3 you will be able to send emails but will not receive emails within the application. Now i believe it would be a benefit to be able to show both sent and received as a record if you need to look back. What do you think TAVE
Becky is correct, T3 adds the ability to compose and send emails directly inside Táve, including quick response templates to speed that up even further. When a client responds, you can forward it to the Job's BCC address (which if you notice, is named after the job to make it easier to lookup from inside your email client after you first use it).
I'm definitely excited to see this feature come through... is there any possible way to have the received emails be automatically recorded after the email is recorded for a client? It's kind of clunky having to copy and paste the bcc.
Agree with Shane on that one. I've been testing dozens of CRM and business management apps, Tave comes so close to hitting the nail on the head in all respects but from what I can tell you have to BBC a unique address tied to each job if you want an email to be tied to it.
It would be so much easier if your Tave account as a whole had a BCC address that you sent all emails to, then like other true 'CRM' systems Tave could scan the email, check for unique identifiers like email addresses, first name/last name etc etc and assign the email to that contact (in the contact history for example) AND have that email show up in and jobs that that contact is assigned too.
I appreciate this is a bit of a leap from the studio management centric approach that Tave seems to have (from what I can tell anyway) towards a bit more traditional CRM features but adding this kind of functionality would be very useful and help to further save time.
This all sounds really useful, will there also be a facility to send an email to all leads or clients for marketing purposes?
