I tried to import my contacts, and now it says it's pending, but it didn't say why or for how long. Did i do something wrong?

Dawn, has it imported your contacts yet? It should have imported them after you ran the importer. If there was a problem, please file a helpdesk ticket so we can look into it.

Hello Dawn,
I discovered an an issue with the importing processor and have turned off importing until a fix is published. I will be releasing a fix for this tomorrow night once I run it through a battery of tests. Once the fix is out, I will reset your import to 'New' and it will get processed.

I just checked your import and it said that it completed successfully, so it looks like you were not affected by the bug.
Let us know if you had any issues with the import.
