I am waiting for the 3.0 to come out prior to signing up but wanted to suggest payjunction as a possible merchant. I was sent tave info from photobiz and the same for payjunction.

We've received a few requests for PayJunction, so I'm sure we'll do it at some point.

What are the best things about PayJunction? Eventually we'd like to stop using PayPal for subscriptions so we're always interested in what other gateways provide (I'm not fond of Authorize.net). Our biggest issue tends to be the number of international users that need more options than the big four US cards (Visa/MC/AmEx/Discover). One of my favorite features of PayPal and Google Checkout, is how they actually show you when money is in transit to your bank account (and what money hasn't cleared yet), instead of charging a card and then the funds eventually quietly showing up 3-14 days later.

The reason i like payjunction is due to there ability to manage recurring billing on top of normal charges. I previous had to have my merchant account and auth.net to do this. They also seem to have a good platform and are in the process of adding ACH checks as an option....here is the info they gave to us

We do have a online demo.  This will allow you to enter test transactions
and get the full scope of everything that our system can do.  I would be
more then happy to walk you through this.  Also, you are more then welcome
to go through it on your own.  To sign on.....

1) Go to www.payjunctionlabs.com

2) Click on "Merchant Login" on the top right

3) The login is "payjunctiondemo" and the password is "demo123"

4) The test credit card number is 4444333322221111 and the expiration date
is any date later then today.

I would sign up for you guys if you integrated with Merchant Warehouse.  They are much less expensive then Authorize and I use them with studio cloud now.  Authorize charges a whole lot for service that other companies do for a lot less.

I have chatted with the Rep from PayJunction a few weeks back and we have all the info we need to be able to integrate.  Just need to find a place in our timeline to put it.  We have a few high priority releases coming out here over the next few months, so we will see how things go.

I also submitted a request to Merchant Warehouse and should hear back from them in the next day or two; but like PayJunction, it will be a bit still before we have some time to implement it.

I would hope something is integrated with 3.0. Been waiting for this release since WPPI! :)
We currently have PayJunction which is integrated with Successware. From a business standpoint, this could make a user switch very easy. We also have a non card present account with Authorize.net that works just fine for our online storefront. PayJunction has some crazy ass fees, like $19 a month just to have online access. $5 a month just to see your own statement. And be careful of the $18 fee for "wireless" service, especially if you don't have it. There are a number of levels for card purchases, Qualifying, which is the lowest rate, and of course, hardly any credit cards come in at that level. MQual for I guess medium qualifying cards, at a slightly higher rate, then non qualifying rates, the highest, and of course, where most cards rank. The reason we keep the account is because it's integrated with our current SMS. It would a quick and easy transition to TAVE if we had the same merchant account.

The prices that payjunction offers are great ! I have compared them to Intuit, itransact, auth.net and others.

The contract term and monthly minimum can be negotiated down. I was able to get this removed. In regards to
non qual rate - this was the same or more at listed companies above. Great service and response times.

A good resource was : http://process-credit-cards-online.com/index.php

We're using PayJunction because it's the only integration with Successware. We're using Successware because Tave 3.0 isn't out yet :)

Honestly, they're a little slower than Authorize.net in getting funds transferred. The rates seem on par with everyone else, although most of these merchants are crazy with the fees. Payjunction charges $5 to send you a statement and another $15 to access the website. However, the website is excellent, for tracking charges, refunds, etc. They're rates on Qualified, Non-Qualified, etc., are a joke. It's amazing how very few credit cards actually qualify for the lowest rate. But, overall it's as good as the others, if not a little better due to the website.
