We're now encouraging users to start using the Helpdesk's User Forum. As we work to populate this new forum, you can also view our previous users forum, which can be a great place to learn more about Táve Studio.
Please browse the Knowledge Base. If you can't find an answer to your question, you can ask in the Help Forum.
If it's a general question that doesn't require access to your account, please start by asking a question in the User Forum. Not only do we monitor the forums and reply ourselves, any user can subscribe to updates and respond to your question as well, often quicker than we can.
We encourage you to click on the Subscribe link (or the RSS feed) at the top right of the search box on forum pages.
Please submit a new support ticket to our team.
Táve is a small company; the three of us handle everything from new development to marketing and of course helpdesk. We try to respond to high priority tickets immediately (and will be automatically paged wherever we are if you submit an Urgent ticket) and work through all other requests in the order in which they were received. Luckily, we work all kinds of crazy hours, pretty much every day!
